Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of mobile services (“Services”) by [Brewed with LUV] (“we,” “us,” “our”) to the client (“you,” “your”). By confirming a booking or making payment, you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings and Confirmation 

• A booking is only confirmed once a signed agreement and deposit have been received.
   
• Quotes are valid for 10 days from the date of issue.
   
• Final menu selection and guest count must be confirmed no later than 3 days before the event.
   
• Changes made after confirmation are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.
   

• A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total estimated cost is required to secure your booking.
   
• The remaining balance must be paid at the time of event.
   
• We accept payments via Zelle.
   
• Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees.
   

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
   
• The following cancellation fees apply:
   
  • More than 30 days before the event: 100% refund of total cost.
     
  • 29–10 days before the event: 50% refund.
     
  • Less than 10 days before the event: No refund.
     
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions), both parties may agree to reschedule.
   

• The client is responsible for ensuring adequate access to the venue, including parking, and  electricity.
   
• Any delays caused by venue access or client preparation may affect service quality and timing.
   

• Any equipment or décor provided by us remain our property.
   
• Lost or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost.
   
• Rentals from third parties will be billed separately and may be subject to their terms.
   

• We take reasonable care in preparation and handling in accordance with local health regulations.
   
• We are not liable for anything that is consumed after hours after or that has been improperly stored or handled by the client.
   
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the event.
   

These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California. 

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
